Tearless Ones Camp was enormous. Lu Yang had originally thought this place was small because their god stood at the entrance. Normally, every race's god should have been in the very center of the city, receiving the worship of all the tribes. But after walking for a while and turning a corner, Lu Yang discovered an underground town ahead.
There were countless stone houses, lined up in neat, beautiful rows. As he walked through the town's streets, he saw all kinds of races he had never encountered living their daily lives. None of them found Lu Yang's human form strange, nor did they pay him much attention, as if he were merely a newly arrived resident.
"I didn't expect this place to be so large," Lu Yang said in amazement.
Token looked quite proud. As they walked, he said, "The residents you see are survivors of various races who lived under our god's protection. After coming here, we collectively called ourselves the Tearless Ones."
Lu Yang understood somewhat and deliberately asked with curiosity, "Then why is your god at the entrance? Shouldn't he be inside the town?"
Token shook his head, looking even prouder. "Our Tearless Ones Camp is different from other races. Our god does not receive offerings. He protects us. He swore to stand guard at the entrance of Tearless Ones Camp forever and keep us safe."
