Two God Kings against one should have held the advantage, but Nether Flame King was God King Tier 2, while Blazing Demon God had just expended most of his divine power and was now only at the initial God King tier. Flame God King, meanwhile, was God King Tier 3.
On top of that, Blazing Demon God and Nether Flame King did not trust each other, and their coordination was terrible. Instead, Flame God King had them firmly suppressed.
"Demon God, why aren't you using that spell from before?" Nether Flame King felt utterly stifled. He and Blazing Demon God had surrounded Flame God King from opposite sides, yet Flame God King used Solar Flare Sun against him and poison fire against Blazing Demon God.
Blazing Demon God was equally frustrated. "That move requires too much energy. Even at the God King tier, it can only be used twice. I have too little divine power left now. Hold on. If we keep fighting like this, Flame Star will be drawn by our divine power and open a teleportation passage."
One characteristic of Four God Star was that whenever a God King battle began, Flame Star would gradually open a teleportation passage during the final stages of the battle. This passage was known as the Path of the God King. Only experts at the God King tier could travel it and teleport directly into Flame Star.
When the teleportation passage opened, some of Flame Star's origin energy would overflow. In the past, newly appointed God Kings would grant this origin energy to trusted subordinates or relatives. If Blazing Demon God could absorb it, he could indeed recover some energy, but not enough to unleash Annihilation Judgment again. He was deceiving Nether Flame King and Flame God King.
