Di Fei wounded Zhuang Yushu after he tried to ambush her, but he accused her of being the Evil God's spy before vanishing into the Sea of Buried Gods. Yunxi believed Di Fei and concluded Zhuang Yushu had likely gone to destroy the formation holding the Evil God's body in place.

• Di Fei evaded Zhuang Yushu's Binding Immortal Rope, struck him with her Soul Burning Blade, and watched him fall into the sea while accusing her of being the Evil God's spy.
• Yunxi searched the Sea of Buried Gods for Zhuang Yushu but found no trace of him, then returned with Di Fei to the Heavenly Palace.
