Chapter Summaries

Allen and his allies withdrew to Hueco Mundo after overwhelming Soul Society's defenders, leaving Kisuke Urahara convinced that Soul Reapers needed Hollowfication to counter the Hogyoku. Back in Las Noches, Aizen examined Allen's Zanpakuto-seizing device, and Szayelaporro Granz proposed a way to weaponize captured Zanpakuto in the coming war.

• Allen, Nnoitra, and Ulquiorra defeated their opponents in the Human World, then escaped through a Garganta as Shinji Hirako grieved for his fallen companions.
• Unohana told Kisuke Urahara that the Arrancar's strength threatened Soul Society, and Kisuke proposed creating another Hogyoku so Soul Reapers could Hollowfy.
