"Why do you want me to play along with this act? Are you planning to interfere in the all-out war about to erupt between Whitebeard and Marine Headquarters?" Kaido tipped his head back, gulped down an entire jug of wine, and asked probing questions with his bell-like eyes fixed on Allen.

Judging by their height and appearance, Kaido looked like a terrifying monster, while Allen resembled a frail little Dwarf.

But only those who had personally witnessed their previous battle understood that the true monster was not the towering, imposing Kaido, but the latter, who had worn a smile from beginning to end.

The enormous contrast even gave King of Calamity King an utterly absurd feeling.

The reason he had joined the Beasts Pirates in the first place was because he had recognized Kaido's unfathomable personal strength.
