July 12, Oceanic Era 1520—a day destined to be remembered by the world.

On that day, the Whitebeard Pirates, one of the Four Emperors of the New World, first entered into an all-out war with the Marines.

This was immediately followed by the Demon Pirates' surprise attack on Mary Geoise, where they wiped out all of the World Government's top officials, including the Five Elders, overthrowing the order established by the Celestial Dragons eight hundred years ago.

Even the Holy Land itself had been reduced to a vast ruin.

Anyone who saw the terrifying nuclear warhead blast site at its center would feel fear and despair well up from the depths of their heart.

They simply could not imagine what kind of battle and moves could have caused such severe damage to the very structure of the Red Line.

But what came next was even more shocking!

In August of the same year, the Revolutionary Army led by Dragon launched revolutions in more than forty Kingdoms, sweeping away the Kings and nobles of those nations and establishing one new parliamentary state after another, all composed of commoners.

By uniting these countries, the framework of the New World Government quickly emerged.

The Marines were the first to publicly declare their willingness to submit to the New World Government's leadership and continue contributing to peace and stability at sea.

In September of the same year, under revolutionary Dragon's leadership, the New World Government drafted and passed its first constitution, stipulating that no one could stand above the law.

In October of the same year, the world's strongest Demon Pirates announced their disbandment. Their founder, Sea Devil Allen, and Dr. Vegapunk vanished without a trace.

In November of the same year, Alabasta's Princess Vivi left the Straw Hat Pirates and officially joined Utopia
