As a result, its underground prison held a large number of strange beings captured by heroes.
Some of them were even Tiger Class in strength.
Although, in the eyes of S-Class Heroes, Tiger Class monsters were little more than slightly stronger cannon fodder that could be dealt with with a wave of the hand.

But today, a powerful member of the Board of Directors entered this place where all kinds of extremely dangerous strange beings and criminals were held.
He ignored the creatures crouching behind specially reinforced bulletproof glass and iron bars, endlessly screaming, roaring, and howling. Instead, he walked straight to the door of a pure white cell, raised his hand, and gently knocked on its transparent glass door.
Clang! Clang! Clang!
"What do you want?"
Along with that impatient voice, a mass of shadow suddenly floated out from a dark corner. Pressed against the glass, it revealed a terrifyingly grotesque face.
It possessed not the slightest human characteristic. Its body was entirely composed of flowing ink that could be freely shaped into whatever form it desired. It was no different from the terrifying nightmare one might imagine.
Though the Board of Directors member had prepared himself mentally, he was still startled and could not help shuddering. He instinctively clenched his fists and said in a slightly trembling voice, "Nightmare! On behalf of the Hero Association, I want to make a deal with you."
"Oh? A deal?"
