Aizen and his allies reached the Sōkyoku to seize the Hogyoku hidden inside Rukia Kuchiki, while Allen revealed his allegiance and attacked the Soul Society’s defenders. The chapter ended as Allen confronted Ichigo Kurosaki’s attack with Soul Destruction.

• Aizen stabbed Momo Hinamori and wounded Toshiro Hitsugaya, while Gin Ichimaru subdued Rangiku Matsumoto; Allen revealed that he had joined Aizen and explained their plan to seize the Hogyoku.

• Saber revealed that her forty-meter Zanpakuto struck at the speed of light within its range, then slashed Hollowfied Ichigo and drove him into a ravine.
