• Mu Yuan followed Ning Rongrong to Shrek Academy and earned admission by revealing his four powerful Spirit Rings, then helped the candidates survive Zhao Wuji’s test with Tree Realm Descent.
• Mu Yuan became roommates with Tang San and grew closer to Xiao Wu, while Ning Rongrong explained that she had fled an engagement plan involving Mu Yuan because she resented being overshadowed by him.

• Mu Yuan killed the giant tree, absorbed its red spirit ring, gained the Wood Man skill, and traded its hundred-thousand-year Spirit Bone to Dugu Bo for the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Well.
