Xiao Ran used the Glaive Empire campaign to destroy the Anti-Burning Legion Alliance and bring most of its members under Burning Legion control. After returning to Prometheus, the Legion reorganized its new subordinates and territories and prepared for its next mission.

• Xiao Ran established a base on Artea, won Princess Althea’s cooperation, and sent fleets to raid Glaive Empire targets while Hades began building an Underworld army.
• Revil invaded the Glaive Empire as the Anti-Burning Legion Alliance moved to capture the Burning Legion, and Xiao Ran’s forces trapped the alliance between their fleets and the empire’s forces.
• Xiao Ran challenged the alliance to duels, while Jeffrey’s fleet destroyed its headquarters on Cindy and the Burning Legion defeated its pilots.
• Xiao Ran offered the defeated alliance a choice, and most of its pilots surrendered before the Glaive Empire withdrew.
• Cruze negotiated with the captured legions, and Norn Jess signed an agreement making the Jess Empire a Burning Legion subordinate.
• The Burning Legion conquered the Glaive Empire, returned to Prometheus, and merged or reorganized its new subordinates while assigning compensation and training tasks.
• Korgi took Faction Territories from two legions that refused confidentiality contracts, and Xiao Ran allocated some territories to subordinates while planning to integrate the others.
• The Burning Legion bought two months of Retention Time, and Norn and Mu Yi began its courses and combat training.

Xiao Ran took control of Anaheim, allied with Char and New Zeon, and used the Box of Laplace to dismantle the Federation and establish a new unified government. After defeating the remaining resistance and building support across Earth and the colonies, the mission ended with the Unified Council in power.

• Xiao Ran chose the Bist Conglomerate, obtained the Box of Laplace, and persuaded Cardias to help him take control of Anaheim while he tested the Unicorn Gundam.
• Xiao Ran drove off Federation forces from New Industrial Seven, allied with Full Frontal, restored Char, and arranged for Banagher and Minerva to marry as Anaheim and New Zeon prepared to challenge the Federation.
• Xiao Ran seized Anaheim’s lunar branch, announced the Burning Legion, and helped Char found New Zeon as Anaheim declared neutrality and offered the Moon as a sanctuary.
• Xiao Ran revealed the Box of Laplace to Earth Sphere representatives, exposed the Federation’s suppression of the colonies and Newtypes, and won their support for a new Unified Government.
• Xiao Ran announced the Humanity Unified Alliance, then attacked a Federation participant team after its captain refused to surrender, and the captain’s squad caused civilian casualties and failed its missions before escaping.
• Char and Bicchy led the Unification’s forces as they fought the Federation for three months, while Xiao Ran returned to space and considered how to develop more S-class Pilots.
• Six months later, resistance had been eliminated and the Unified Council was established, with Academy Cities, Earth-space exchanges, and free migration introduced to strengthen unity.

Xiao Ran led the Burning Legion to fourth place, forged alliances, and built its research and trade networks while investigating the lost Fantasy Zone and negotiating with Prometheus. As he prepared a mission into the Fantasy Zone through Eagle and other Super AIs, he stayed behind and began planning for the Legion’s leadership and succession.

• Xiao Ran reunited with his returning members, strengthened the Burning Legion, and began alliances with Shadow Blade and Bolsia while pursuing a higher Legion Council ranking.
• After the Burning Legion revealed its forces and territories, Xiao Ran challenged the fourth-ranked Emerald Dream Legion and defeated it to claim fourth place.
• Xiao Ran allied with Qinglong’s Emerald Dream Legion, sold goods and training to allied legions, and expanded the Legion’s research, production, and council relationships.
• Xiao Ran learned from Nameless that the Fantasy Zone had vanished after a devastating rebellion, then gathered information suggesting it had been a vast world of factions and dangerous powers.
• Xiao Ran confronted Prometheus, learned that the Fantasy Zone’s system had been lost, and negotiated a one-way mission there in exchange for completing an assigned task under strict confidentiality terms.
• Xiao Ran offered Todd and Ries’s Enlightenment Legion a strategic alliance and access to the Burning Legion’s inheritances and products, while warning his subordinates not to interfere with their choices.
• Xiao Ran decided that Eagle and a larger group of Super AIs would go to the Fantasy Zone while he stayed behind, and he helped rebuild Eagle and the Berserk Beast Squad with safeguards.
• Xiao Ran recognized that the Legion needed backup leadership and succession plans, and decided that Artemis would inherit the role while Da Xia guided her as she grew up.

Xiao Ran strengthened the Burning Legion, sent Flying Eagle’s squad into the Fantasy Zone, and then drew the Legion into a war against Enlightenment, Bolsia, and their allies. The Legion captured enemy forces, used BETA-consuming Dimensional Beasts and the Berserk Virus to break the Hostile Alliance, and began its final strikes after Cang’s surrender offer split the alliance.

• Xiao Ran reorganized the Burning Legion, appointed Cruze, Luo, and Char as vice leaders, and ordered preparations to protect Artemis and strengthen the territories.
• Xiao Ran sent Flying Eagle and the Berserk Beast Squad into the Fantasy Zone to search for Prometheus’s lost portion, while Prometheus offered the Legion a possible way to leave with its territories.
• After Bolsia and Enlightenment refused Xiao Ran’s alliance terms, he declared war on them and their affiliated legions, then led a large force into the MUV-LUV world.
• Xiao Ran’s forces infiltrated the Solar System, captured the crews of a hundred thousand Hostile Alliance warships, and used hauntings and further ambushes to weaken the enemy.
• Yuzes and Durandal developed a controllable Berserk Virus, while Cang broke with Bolsia and surrendered his fleet to the Burning Legion.
• Yuzes unleashed Ladam Dimensional Beasts that consumed BETA and devastated the Hostile Alliance, while Cang publicly offered its factions a chance to surrender and join Xiao Ran.
• As enemy fleets surrendered and the Bolsia Legion collapsed, Xiao Ran gave the remaining holdouts three days before ordering the Burning Legion to begin beyond-visual-range strikes.
