Elsam only snapped out of his daze when he heard Bian call his name. He looked at Bian apologetically. "My apologies, Commander Bian. I lost focus just now."
Bian did not blame Elsam for drifting off. Perhaps he could understand some of Elsam's current feelings. His father had just died in battle, his younger brother had become an "enemy," and Xiao Ran, who had originally come from Satellite Integration only to be rejected and cast aside, had now appeared before them as a leader, clearly stating his intention to bring Satellite Integration under his control. It was understandable that Elsam's emotions were complicated.
Bian repeated his earlier question. "They want the Moon and Satellite Integration. As for whether they swallow us up afterward or we swallow them up, we'll decide based on the situation then."
