With El-Elf's abilities and those of the Demon Envoys, they might already have taken control of some important powers within the Federation. Who could have imagined that Xiao Ran had lifeforms capable of possessing others under his command? With the Demon Envoys pushing things along, even thirty minutes might be too much.
