The new mobile suit, Dawn, had not been fitted with any extra Mental Power Frames, but to complement the Psychokinesis Bloodline, it had been equipped with the T-LINK system, a special device that could likewise alter the laws of physics when pushed to its limits.
Strictly speaking, Xiao Ran's current psychokinesis was not top-tier, and for the time being, he had no intention of directly raising it to a higher level. After all, the Psychokinesis Bloodline was only a newly acquired bloodline to him, nothing like the Innovator Bloodline that he knew so well.
If he directly strengthened the Psychokinesis Bloodline to its highest level, the Special Evaluations and Merit Points Xiao Ran possessed would more or less be enough. But doing so would also make it far more difficult for him to truly gain complete mastery over the Psychokinesis Bloodline. The lower the level, the easier it was to control and master. What Xiao Ran wanted was to fully bring out psychokinesis's power, down to even its smallest details, rather than relying on its level to carry out a brute-force suppression devoid of any real skill.
Being able to make LV5 psychokinesis achieve effects around LV7 was better than having LV9 psychokinesis that could only display the corresponding level in raw strength while still only being used with the finesse of around LV7.
Thus, Xiao Ran naturally had no plans to raise the Psychokinesis Bloodline's Bloodline Level.
