Just as the Gedim Unit appeared, Xiao Ran suddenly noticed that among Gedim's several hundred machines were over a dozen units with styles completely different from Gedim's. Having experienced so many worlds and seen countless machines in Prometheus, he could tell from their distinct designs alone that these dozen or so units were not standard components of Gedim's combat lineup.
Xiao Ran could be said to be extremely familiar with the style of Gedim machines. After encountering them so many times, he had long understood their design language. In his view, Gedim's machines resembled the Lion-series AM units from the Super Robot Wars OG World. Their more formal collective designation was Armament Units, products of nearly the same style and design philosophy.
Yet the machines appearing within the Gedim Unit now were not Armament Units in style at all. They were entirely standard MS units, including one MA. It was an MA roughly fifty meters long from front to back, a model Xiao Ran had never seen before. More accurately, it should have been an independently manufactured new-type MS.
Its appearance was quite imposing, and its body looked exceptionally solid. On each side were a pair of single-piece wings spread out one behind the other, with a circular thruster clamped between them. It was obvious that all four wings could be adjusted. Behind the machine was a semicircular covering.
The body was also fitted with armor that gave it an even stronger mechanical feel and a sense of flowing curves. There were heat vents of varying shapes everywhere, along with several small hatches that could open and close.
