In a narrower sense, targeted specialized adjustments—such as combat-oriented adjustment—could also grant users combat abilities matching their Bloodline Level once they reached the highest rank. Just like Kira, who had reached the level of an A-Class Pilot with nothing more than the Super Coordinator Bloodline. Though he possessed no special abilities, it would be genuinely difficult to find anyone in the entire legion who could match him in pure technique.
That fine control over a machine, the ability to rely on its own performance, energy, and weapons to unleash its potential in an instant—all of it was enough to demonstrate the enormous advantage Coordinators had in micro-operation. They could perfectly control a machine's performance and make it display power greater than its original limits. Even without NT abilities, or the powers of Innovators and psychokinesis, Kira could still reach the exact same level as other Super NTs through sheer skill in controlling GN Dragoons. Was that not enough to prove the advantages Coordinators possessed in technique and control?
