The four sides each had their own affiliations, but once war broke out, it would inevitably become a situation where the Frie ZAFT Alliance fought against the other three sides. Thus, all three were targets Xiao Ran needed to deal with.
Compared to them, the Earth Alliance was somewhat insignificant, while searching for the Glatters Army would waste time. The Alien Beasts remained the most dangerous.
