Chapter 2090: Return
After recovering all the Iron Men and eliminating every Alien Beast swarm in this region of space, Xiao Ran's true body returned to the cockpit. He turned to glance in the direction of the moon, then pushed the secondary control stick forward with his left hand. Dawn Tactical Armor twisted, transformed into a streak of light, and vanished from this sector.
Over the following period, Xiao Ran, now operating at full capacity, piloted Dawn and appeared before the Earth Force fleets. Three fleets in three different locations were utterly annihilated in less than five minutes, swallowed by a dazzling light that could neither be avoided nor escaped.
However, Xiao Ran did not kill them all. He merely destroyed every warship's engines and weapons, while also clearing out all the escort units accompanying the ships. Without the support of their warships, the far more numerous units carried aboard them could not possibly travel alone to the Frie ZAFT Army's assembly areas and cause any trouble.
Without warships to carry them, the three fleets could only remain where they were and await collection by ZAFT and the Frie Force. By this point, the commanders of those fleets truly no longer dared entertain any risky thoughts. When the enemy was powerful, they could still fight desperately. But when the enemy was as powerful as a god, all they could do was obediently submit.
In one of the three fleets, Xiao Ran also "saw" Yurika Mitotsudaira's father. He was the commander of one of the fleets.
After dealing with the Earth Force in space, Xiao Ran spent another full hour circling Earth, wiping out every Alien Beast lingering in orbit after losing the guidance of their commanders. Then he changed direction and piloted the massive Dawn Tactical Armor down to Earth.
