The Scout Skill did not provide much feedback, but it did confirm that the Devil Gundam had already reached the kind of unit Xiao Ran required. By all rights, Xiao Ran should have been pleased, yet his mind was now filled with shock and confusion.
"How is this possible? The pilot inside the Devil Gundam is actually an Iron Man!? A red Iron Man... this is... Aiba Miyuki!? Why is she inside the Devil Gundam!?"
Seeing an Iron Man in the Devil Gundam's cockpit—and Aiba Miyuki, whom the Aiba Brothers and the Nadeshiko were currently searching for—made Xiao Ran feel as though someone was playing a joke on him.
He was not exactly stunned senseless. Xiao Ran was not so muddleheaded, but the situation was indeed astonishing. Logically, the person in that cockpit should have been Domon's brother, yet it had turned out to be Aiba Miyuki, an Iron Man with no connection whatsoever to the Devil Gundam.
Xiao Ran now seemed to understand where the Liuli crystal that had appeared in the giant crater had come from. It was likely that when Aiba Miyuki descended from space to Earth, through an absolutely unscientific stroke of probability, she had landed directly on the Devil Gundam's head, only to be captured, absorbed, and placed inside its cockpit.
"What a coincidence." Xiao Ran looked at the cockpit as it slowly closed, then at the massive Devil Gundam before him. He now had another task to deal with. Aside from completely destroying the Devil Gundam, he also had to rescue Aiba Miyuki from its cockpit.
He had already killed every relative of the Aiba Brothers. Now that there was finally a younger sister who had not been controlled by
