The matter of the Apocalypse Unit was settled just like that, and there were no issues on the Nadeshiko's side either. The only concern was Danner's Son, but its combat strength consisted of nothing more than a few AS units. They could be useful in special environments, but before a group of B-class and above machines, ordinary AS units were of little use. Only the machine piloted by Sousuke Sagara, equipped with the Lambda System, could keep up. Comparatively speaking, Danner's Son was better suited for missions involving ambushes and sabotage.
With the Apocalypse Unit gathering once more, Danner's Son had only sent two people to the Moon to make contact. After all, Danner's Son belonged to Mithril. It had joined the Apocalypse Unit previously only because of the circumstances, and in essence, it was not within Xiao Ran's authority. Sending two people this time already showed how seriously they regarded the Apocalypse Unit.
As members of the combat group, Melissa and Cruz naturally attended the meeting that followed. Yet as they listened to Xiao Ran speak about the Restoration Organization, their expressions were not as grave as those of the others hearing about it for the first time. Instead, they looked as though they had long known of the Restoration Organization's existence.
Mithril's intelligence network had always been extremely capable. It was more powerful than the intelligence networks of Orb, PLANT, Frie, and even the New Government, so it was hardly surprising that they already knew the Restoration Organization existed. The only question was how much Mithril actually knew about it.
After explaining the situation with the Restoration Organization to the combat group and the various commanders of the Apocalypse Unit, Xiao Ran also gave everyone a general outline of the coming operational arrangements. Naturally,
