Judging by its appearance alone, it was less convenient than the civilian Personal Terminals on Ragna. Its only praiseworthy feature upon first receiving it was its sturdiness. After binding their personal identities, they were granted Level One permissions. The information they could find on the Personal Terminal was pitifully limited, and they were equally clueless about its specific operation methods and deeper functions. They did not quite understand the point of issuing a Personal Terminal that was not particularly convenient to carry around.
