"Who the hell came up with this technology? Such complete documentation couldn't have appeared out of nowhere. I've never heard of any organization with this level of Technical Strength. Who developed it?"
Xiao Ran glanced at Lloyd. "You don't need to worry about where the technology came from. If I handed you this complete set of technology, how long would you need to fully understand it and manufacture actual products?"
"I don't know." Lloyd raised his head and answered calmly. "I can't determine how long it would take just from casually looking through the pictures and descriptions. If this is a complete set of technical documentation, then I can't put it into practical use by myself. At the very least, it would require a team—a huge team—to carry it out together."
"But if you intend to give this technology to me, then you'll have to take responsibility for assembling a team for me. I believe you wouldn't want this technology to spread through the Special Dispatch via my hands and eventually end up in the Empire's possession."
