Countless beams appeared, vast in scale and dazzling to behold, so dense there was no way to dodge them. For the Dimensional Beasts emerging from the dimensional passage, it was nothing short of a devastating disaster. Under such all-encompassing attacks, there was no possibility of evasion; they could only endure them head-on. If three to five beams struck the same spot at once, then unless special techniques or materials were used, even an A-class mecha's armor would shatter. And Xiao Ran's attacks involved far more than simultaneous hits. Even with their exceptionally durable bodies, those Dimensional Beasts could not possibly withstand all of Xiao Ran's attacks. Even Dimensional Beasts with A-Class Combat Power could use their toughest parts to block frontal attacks, but they had no answer for attacks coming from every other direction. Once hit, their only fate was to be annihilated amid the countless rays of light.
Yet for certain mecha with special abilities, and for quite a few S-class mecha, such attacks were not much of a problem. The threat was certainly there, but some special abilities could allow a mecha to evade all of Xiao Ran's attacks without suffering so much as a scratch, such as clones—or the Dimensional Force currently wielded by the Dimensional Generals.
Thus, that wave of attacks merely engulfed the dozen or so Dimensional Generals, but posed no threat to them whatsoever. Once the attacks reached them, the beams were either distorted away, calmly vanished, or simply passed through their targets as though through empty air.
Everyone in the Burning Legion understood the outward manifestations of the Dimensional Force used by the Dimensional Generals. It was nothing more than distorting the space around their bodies to form shields, twisting themselves to evade attacks, or pouring dimensional energy into a single point to
