Xiao Ran suddenly thought of a possibility and realized something he had overlooked all this time. Perhaps it had become normal to him, which was precisely why he had so easily ignored the enormous impact it could have on this world.
When Xiao Ran first came to this world, there had been a full hundred participants. Those hundred participants had joined all sorts of different factions: the Earth Force, ZAFT, the Junk Guild, and perhaps even the Librarians.
Even if those participants did not have the ability to drastically alter the plot, regardless of which faction they joined, their actions would inevitably have some effect on this world. One or two changes might not amount to much, but once there were enough people doing enough things, slight changes to the plot would be perfectly normal.
Xiao Ran even suspected that participants might have joined the Librarians back then, learned that the Librarians possessed technology such as Photocopy Persons, and contributed their cells through Side Missions or other means. They might even have collected the cells of dead participants and handed them over to the Librarians, allowing them to create a batch of Photocopy Persons with the participants' initial attributes.
Those Photocopy Persons might not have been able to pilot MS units, and the ones created would not have possessed any memories. But in terms of physical ability alone, they might have been even better than Coordinators. After all, the participants at Heliopolis had been able to survive even bullets, and that would certainly have caught the Librarians' attention. Besides, once they had bodies, implanting false memories and skills would not have been a problem for the Librarians at all. Once deployed, they would undoubtedly become the finest pilots and Special Operations personnel.
With operatives who were practically superhuman compared to
