Xiao Ran piloted the Lightning Aegis alongside the Black Hawk, which was primarily controlled by an intelligent chip with Haro as support. The two machines weaved back and forth, slaughtering without restraint. Any MA that appeared near them was immediately attacked by the Lightning Aegis and Black Hawk—either sliced in half by Beam Sabers or pierced through by beams before exploding into fragments. Like the most terrifying reapers, the two machines brought true and eternal "peace" to this Earth Force MA Unit known as Peace Creator.
Although the Lightning Aegis, under Xiao Ran's control, was on a completely different level from those MAs, and the Lightning Aegis and Black Hawk could casually destroy dozens or even hundreds of MAs, the Peace Creator MA Unit truly had too many units. Once they scattered and fled, at least a third of the MAs vanished in the blink of an eye, shaking off the reaper who brought them nothing but death and fear.
Yet even with a third escaping, destroying the remaining two-thirds still brought Xiao Ran tremendous gains. Unfortunately, the Merit Points awarded for a single MA were simply too low. A D-rank MS only awarded 500 Merit Points, while an MA was worth a mere 150.
Perhaps as Xiao Ran's Piloting Skill and machine rank continued to rise, the Merit Points earned from dealing with MAs like these would plummet to the point where killing them would feel like a waste of time, making them completely beneath his notice.
The Peace Creator MA Unit had over three hundred machines, and Xiao Ran had destroyed only a little over two hundred. The massacre had taken merely ten minutes. Destroying more than two hundred MAs in ten minutes and earning over thirty thousand Merit Points was undeniably a handsome haul.
Such results might
