The entire Black Market was essentially one whole. The so-called Technology District was nothing special—merely an area where several different merchants who primarily sold various technologies, or possessed a larger number of technological goods, had gathered together. It was a division marked out in the Black Market's records, making it easier for guests unfamiliar with the Black Market to quickly find what they wanted to buy.
In reality, however, the Black Market itself had no real regional divisions. Even a black-market merchant who mainly sold technology could not possibly sell only technology; it simply meant that technology accounted for a greater proportion of their wares. After all, this was only a black market. The goods in every shady shop might have been collected from all sorts of different places.
The goods within the Black Market could be said to include everything. Yet no matter how many goods there were, there would always be some inferior items mixed in among them. Without getting hold of something yourself, there was no way to know whether it was good or bad. These black-market merchants were hardly gentlemen. They might have some credibility, but one should never expect them not to mislead or deceive their customers. Once a transaction was completed, there were absolutely no returns. Whether one could truly buy something worthwhile depended on one's own discernment.
