Coupled with the disaster that had struck Shinjuku City, Luo, Basak, and Master Asia temporarily remained there.
Master Asia was immensely famous and had countless admirers. While rescuing Shinjuku City's survivors, he became their pillar of support and, without realizing it, took charge of everything. Together with Basak, he temporarily protected those whose homes had been destroyed and established a survivor camp.
Luo did not join Basak and Master Asia in their rescue efforts. The repair work for the three machines alone was enough to keep him busy for quite some time. Yet what Luo never expected was that the white horse named Rising Wind was so intelligent it seemed almost supernatural.

It handled the tools more skillfully than ordinary Technicians. It was clearly a mare, yet it often wore a smugly obnoxious expression.
