Within the Legion base, Xiao Ran gathered all the newcomers and introduced them to the Legion. He briefly introduced everyone currently on the team, the Legion Territory—something fewer than five Legions in all of Prometheus possessed—the Perfect Enhanced Human Research Institute obtained through this mission that could enhance Legion members, as well as the Legion's various benefits and privileges, what they would contribute and give for the Legion in the future, and the ranks and permissions of Legion members. During this meeting, Xiao Ran slowly laid everything out, giving all the newcomers an understanding of the Legion called Burning Legion.
Xiao Ran also honestly told everyone that Burning Legion was only a recently established Legion. However, the newcomers whom El-Elf and Ozma had chosen to join the Legion were not fools who could only see what was right in front of them. The Legion Territory alone, which could indirectly grant them ownership of an entire independent world, was enough to show Burning Legion's extraordinary nature. Not to mention benefits such as being able to purchase mecha and parts cheaply within the Legion Territory, or continuing to accept missions and earn Merit Points there during non-official mission periods.
These newcomers might already have seen Burning Legion's potential and felt grateful for Xiao Ran's one-sided investment in nurturing them. However, since they had yet to truly encounter other aspects of Prometheus, they could not fully understand what Xiao Ran's current investment meant. They did not know the value of the things Xiao Ran had brought out, nor what the three C-class mecha that could be exchanged for only ten thousand Merit Points truly represented. Those ultra-low-priced mecha, parts, and plug-ins had yet to form a clear sense of value in their minds.
