Specifically, it involved striking the enemy with Inner Force at various frequencies, then detonating it all at the end to achieve damage where one plus one was greater than two.

"Hey, hey, hey!!!" The moment V heard those first few words, he immediately shielded David with one hand and pressed the other against Chu Ke. "Chu Ge, don't! You absolutely can't!!"
What a joke. If it really was the Super Shinra Tensei from the manga, with its attack range spanning dozens of kilometers, then the North City Industrial Area would probably become the North City Basin.
"Just the normal version will do." After thinking for a moment, V added, "Don't accidentally kill our allies."
"Fine." Chu Ke raised his hand again.

V stood stunned for a moment. Although he knew Chu Ke was Beyond the Standard, power that transcended comprehension had never felt real to him. It could not compare to the shock he felt now.
If someone told V they could destroy a building, V would say, "Wow, that's awesome!" But if someone told him they could devour countless worlds in an instant, he would have no concept of it. He would only think it sounded incredibly badass, and that would be it.
"Chu Ge... you're leaving?"
That was what V had understood from Chu Ke's words.
"More or less. Adam Smasher is dead too, so let's put this world on hold for now. It gets boring after playing around for too long. It's time to wander through other worlds."
