Jailer Hundred Man Ranking

This was not a competition founded by any Jailer Envoy. It had originally been an order conveyed by the consciousness of the Lord of the Prison Realm. Several thousand years ago, when the number of Jailer Ministers reached one hundred, the consciousness of the Lord of the Prison Realm transmitted the detailed rules of this competition system directly into the minds of every Jailer Minister.

The only hundred Jailer Ministers at the time immediately began a desperate struggle, determining the rankings, while the Prison Realm distributed different rewards to people based on their ranks.

This method of fostering competition among Jailer Envoys spread throughout the long river of history. As time passed, the number of Jailer Envoys increased, and more and more people reached the level of Jailer Minister.

During the development of the Hundred Man Ranking, the Prison Realm established a rule.

Once a country or region had someone who reached the level of Jailer Captain, and the total number of Jailer Ministers in that country exceeded five hundred, it could become independent and hold its own Hundred Man Ranking competition. The rewards would be the same as those of the worldwide competition.

Thus, the current global structure had Huaxia Country and the United States, the two superpowers, each independently hosting their own Hundred Man Ranking. Other regions, such as the European Union, Southeast Asia, and South America, held their Hundred Man Rankings on a regional basis.

The latter method had obvious drawbacks. Many countries inevitably had to band together, while only one or two of those countries possessed Jailer Captains. Because their own countries lacked sufficient numbers of Jailer Ministers, they had no choice but to join with neighboring nations.
