Yu Ming looked at Xia Ze's corpse, now like a dried mummy. With no further need for it, he rose expressionlessly and left the classroom.

Whirr... whirr...! The classroom fan began spinning on its own without warning, its decayed, rusted parts grinding against each other.
When Yu Ming turned his head to look back into the classroom, he saw a female teacher in work clothes hanging from the fan's rotor by a thick hemp rope tied around her neck, slowly turning.

Just as Yu Ming turned and stepped out of the school gate, Basang, whose expression was dim, seemed to have located Yu Ming by some method. He had finally encountered his teammate for the first time.
"Oh my, you're... Sorry I couldn't attend the previous team meeting."
Delight and slight surprise appeared in Yu Ming's eyes. He had not sensed this teammate's arrival at all, yet he could smell something unusual about him.

"Basang? That's a rare name. Are you from an ethnic minority?" Yu Ming asked.
"I located another member of our squad who was in the school earlier, but now it feels like he has disappeared. Do you know what happened?" Basang did not answer Yu Ming's question, instead asking about Xia Ze.
Yu Ming's current situation was indeed rather difficult to explain. After all, he had walked out of the campus with a hint of excitement.
"Really?" Yu Ming revealed a surprised expression. "I encountered a rather
