After all, once humans died, their souls would be collected by the Divine Kingdom's special devices and converted into True Word Power.
Misra clenched her hands into fists, her nails digging deeply into her palms as though she wanted to gather all the fury in her heart there.
She murmured, "Humanity does not need gods like this!"
Those words were not only an accusation against the gods, but also a declaration of her unwavering faith.
They seemed capable of piercing the clouds and reaching the ears of those lofty gods.
Her voice was filled with condemnation for the gods' cold-hearted actions.
As her words fell, the True Word Power within Misra began to boil like an ignited volcano, releasing a dazzling radiance.
The True Word Power gathered into a resplendent pillar of light in the air and shot into the heavens, as though it meant to contend with the endless barrage of artillery fire.
Yet, just as everyone thought this power would collide with the gods' bombardment and trigger a cataclysmic clash, the pillar of light suddenly contracted. As if drawn by an invisible black hole, it instantly shrank back into Misra's body and gathered around her fist.
At that moment, Misra seemed to resonate with heaven and earth. A faint golden halo surrounded her body, the symbol of True Word Power and proof of her determination and courage.
