She tried to block the Golden energy torrent with both hands. Blue arcs of lightning flashed between them—the final struggle of the remaining power within her.
Yet the golden torrent was like a raging ocean, mercilessly battering her defenses. Every impact made her body tremble, as though she could collapse at any moment.
Finally, under an especially violent impact, Arora's body could no longer endure and began to crack.
The cracks spread rapidly like a spiderweb, extending from her fingertips to her chest until they covered her entire body.
Golden Light shone through those cracks, dyeing her once-fair skin gold and making her resemble a divine statue on the verge of shattering.
At that moment, Arora seemed to hear the sound of her own bones breaking—the mournful cry of the final line of defense within her before it collapsed. Her body gradually came apart in the Golden Light, turning into gleaming fragments.
Those fragments slowly drifted through space like fireworks blooming in the universe, each one containing Arora's unyielding will and unfinished dreams.
Yet at the very edge of despair and destruction, an unprecedented Energy Wave suddenly erupted from within Arora.
Like sleeping Dragons awakened, that energy instantly burst through the restraints of her body and utterly crushed the Golden energy torrent.
Its light was so dazzling that it illuminated all of space like daylight, causing even the distant stars to pale in comparison.
Beneath the radiance of that energy, the fragments of Arora's body began to gather again at an unbelievable speed.
As if drawn
