Tony suppressed the shock and fury in his heart, trying to pry more information from Obadiah.
"Haha, that's all thanks to your carelessness."
Obadiah answered with wild laughter. "Did you think sending me to prison meant everything would be fine? You were wrong! There are too many loopholes in this world to exploit, and you are the biggest one."
As his words fell, Obadiah suddenly exerted force. A powerful surge erupted from within him, sweeping Tony away like a violent storm.
Tony's vision went black. His body seemed to lose all weight as an invisible force hurled him into the air. Like an arrow released from its bow, he tore through layer after layer of space before slamming viciously into the solid wall of Stark Tower.
Stark Tower's walls were made of high-strength materials. Even a tank shell would have struggled to penetrate them in a single shot. Yet under the impact of Tony's flesh-and-blood body, cracks appeared in the wall before it shattered with a deafening crash, rubble flying everywhere.
Like a kite with its string cut, Tony was flung high into the air by the enormous impact. His body spun uncontrollably as the scenery around him rapidly shifted, until he crashed heavily onto a busy road.
The traffic-filled street descended into chaos because of Tony's sudden appearance.
A sedan could not dodge in time and slammed directly into Tony.
Yet, astonishingly, Tony did not move an inch. Instead, the tremendous impact forced the sedan's front downward and lifted its rear, nearly flipping it over.
