Back then, the cosmic entity "Infinity" controlled Odin and destroyed the universe. After Infinity left and Odin regained consciousness, the universe had already begun to gradually collapse, and Odin discovered that his divine sword had been drawn.
Most incredibly, when Odin later returned the divine sword to its sheath, the universe reverted to its original state...
Thus, Odin's feats in the old comics were sometimes utterly absurd, enough to affect the universe.

Then there was Odin fighting Galactus to a four-six split, and his energy clash with Set shaking—some said tearing apart—the multiverse, all while Odin had not been in perfect condition.
In his normal state, he was likely at the multiversal level. If he put on all his equipment, he might even be able to fight Chang Wei. Of course, that "all his equipment" was probably incomplete as well.
