Harry lowered his head helplessly and said, "My grades aren't very good."

He had indeed been running into quite a few difficulties with his studies lately. The complicated courses and heavy assignments had left him overwhelmed.

He had originally thought his father would comfort him or analyze his academic problems with him, but he did not expect Norman's next move to shock him.

Norman's gaze instantly turned sharp. He set down his fountain pen, leaned forward, braced both hands on the desk, and said, "How can this be? How can my son's grades be anything less than ideal?"

As he spoke, he picked up the phone on the desk and prepared to call the school.

"Father, what are you doing?"

Harry asked in surprise.

As Norman dialed, he said, "I'm calling to complain about the teachers and principal. With the Osborn name, in addition to my donations to the school, my complaint will definitely get their attention. They'll take your academic problems seriously and arrange better teaching resources and tutoring for you."

Harry's eyes widened. He had not expected his father to resort to such an extreme method.

He hurried over, trying to stop him. "Father, don't do this. It isn't the teachers' or principal's fault. I just haven't studied hard enough."

But Norman remained unmoved. The call had already connected, and he began speaking sternly into the phone. "I'm Norman Osborn. I want to file a complaint regarding your school's education of my son..."

Harry watched his father's unyielding attitude, panic rising in his heart.

He knew that once his father's complaint took effect, the school might make unreasonable arrangements out of fear of the Osborn family's influence. Not only would that leave him in an awkward position at school, it might also affect the other students and teachers.
