In the past, martial artists ran rampant throughout the martial world, committing rape, kidnapping, murder, arson, and every kind of crime, slaughtering innocents and leaving the people in dire misery.

When called upon in a time of crisis, Chang Wei stepped forward. With his sword, he slew the wicked and used iron-blooded methods to restore order to the martial world, returning peace to the people. His great accomplishments make him a pillar of the nation, and I am deeply gratified.

To commend Chang Wei's merits, I hereby confer upon him the title of 'King Wu of Jinling,' in recognition of his exceptional martial prowess.

Jinling Prefecture is granted to him as his fief, with its seat of government located along the Qinhuai River.
