The clone brushed past him. In the instant they crossed, the air seemed to fill with a tense, oppressive atmosphere. The clone staggered as though struck by an invisible force, its body swaying unsteadily.

Immediately afterward, the clone let out a pained roar, its voice filled with unwillingness and fury. Its body began to tremble violently, as if it were being consumed by a powerful force.

As its body shook, black smoke began to rise from the clone, while the black feathers that had covered its body started falling away one by one. With every feather that fell, the power within the clone dissipated further.

This was a sign that the clone was about to vanish. Unwilling to accept it, it reached out toward Chang Wei as if trying to grasp something, yet it was powerless to do so.
