Usually, in the very next instant after an injury appeared.
His own regenerative ability would automatically repair the damage.

The biggest problem was the sharp nails extending from the fingers of the hand holding his head.
They were like five special needles. After piercing his flesh and skull and sinking deep into his body, they acted like a source of interference, forcibly disrupting part of his power. It was as though he had been sealed, making it difficult to retaliate against his enemy and leaving him no choice but to endure the barrage of attacks.
As for the Spacetime Corridors, Great Corridors, Greater Corridors... that he kept smashing through, those were hardly problems worth considering either.
Those things were like walls.
