Throw any alien from a reasonably advanced civilization before ancient humans, and they would likewise be reverently hailed as gods and devils.
So when Augra spoke of those useless titles, he did not take them to heart at all.

Because in any story, those bearing a string of impressive-sounding titles were often characters on the level of background settings.
