Their existence was like infinitely many motes of dust, scattered casually throughout the American Comic Plane—or rather, within OAA's body—serving as His test subjects.

OAA was waiting for a guest.
Thus, above countless Complete Worlds, He manifested a humanoid body—or rather, a projection.
Compared with the countless Complete Worlds beneath His feet, His existence looked like someone observing petri dishes.
