As an abyss demon, only by truly standing at the very top of the food chain
might he feel genuine satisfaction and peace of mind...
For now, although he had little to worry about and practically no enemies worth mentioning,
at the end of the day, he was still weaker than those Abyss Princes.
If something unexpected happened...
then it was entirely possible for him to be wiped out in an instant.
Death was commonplace in the Bottomless Abyss.
Even someone as powerful as a demon lord could only claim that the odds were lower.
The simplest example
was the existence of the Unity Council!
As an organization intent on destroying everything, once the Unity Council officially began to act,
no matter what, devastating casualties throughout all of spacetime would be inevitable!
At the very least, abyss lords faced a substantial chance of dying!
After all, those lunatics wanted to completely destroy even the Bottomless Abyss and the Multiverse...
And afterward, they planned to let all their members freely slaughter one another until only a single victor remained...
In theory, as lunatics who stood at the pinnacle of strength, intellect, and influence, they genuinely possessed the power to make that a reality!
Their reputation as the most vicious organization was no joke...
Whether to other beings or to themselves, they were an immense threat!
For the time being, however,
those terrifying lunatics were still continuing their preparations, a process that had already lasted for who knew how many years, and had yet to unleash their full destructive power.
