"First, never act on impulse. Second, absolute fairness and justice."

"Stop."

Naruto cut off Six Tubes' nonsense. "First, unless someone attacks you, you are not allowed to make a move. Second, aside from that Uchiha Madara, you are not allowed to kill anyone."
