Chapter Summaries

Wu Heng led his forces through a day-long battle, recovered military supplies, and returned to Luntam City to handle association and business matters. At Spike Gang headquarters, a young girl begged him to avenge her dead sister.

• Wu Heng's skeleton army and Mutated Skeletons destroyed the zombie horde, then searched the Military Vehicles and found weapons, ammunition, medical supplies, rations, and radio headsets.
• Wu Heng and Li Yahong spent the night in the vehicles, and the next day their forces gathered supplies and raised more skeletons before the convoy returned to the Bus Station.
• In Luntam City, Wu Heng reassured the Weapon Shop and Maoliao Armory owners that their cooperation would continue after his transfer, and arranged to collect five heavy crossbows.
• A Spike Gang member summoned Wu Heng to headquarters, where he found a beaten young girl dead and another girl pleaded with him to avenge her sister.

Wu Heng learned that Lord Elno and Aitov planned to retake the half of Luntam City they had ceded after Wu Heng left, and he decided to act against them. He announced that he would leave the next day, said goodbye to Lecia, and then went to the Zombie World to look for Li Yahong.

• Wu Heng questioned the dead servant with Talk with Dead and learned that Aitov had killed her and that Aitov and Lord Elno planned to seize the city once Wu Heng left.
• Wu Heng promised the servant's sister, Turn, that he would avenge her if she kept their meeting secret, and arranged for gang members to protect her.
• Wu Heng told Wen Mansha to spread word that he would leave Luntam City the next day, then applied for a departure ticket at the association.
• Wu Heng visited Lecia, gave her a gold ankle chain, and arranged for the Serpent Emblem Conglomerate to inspect and exchange his gold.

Wu Heng left Luntam City with Minnie and Andeviel, but secretly got off the train to return after Elno’s forces followed his departure. Elno and Aitov launched an attack on Wen Mansha’s residence, only to be ambushed by hidden forces.

• Wu Heng told Minnie and Andeviel to prepare to leave, while Wen Mansha reported that Elno had brought several thousand reinforcements into the city.

• Wu Heng’s grenades and skeleton gunmen devastated Elno and Aitov’s coalition, then his undead army encircled the survivors and attacked.
• Gomez and the orc vice deacon watched the battle from the Adventurer’s Guild, while Lecia sent a guard to help Wen Mansha if she escaped.
• The Bone Mage raised fallen coalition soldiers to fight again, and the trapped survivors begged Wen Mansha for mercy as the undead overwhelmed them.

• Gomez and Lecia learned that Wen Mansha had won and chose not to interfere as she claimed the Lord’s Mansion.

• Wu Heng appointed Minnie and Andeviel as accompanying attendants on the Ghost Train, which carried them from Luntam City to Netarei City after stopping in Chellu.

Wu Heng and the crew escaped an attack by pirates riding wyverns, and he salvaged one fallen wyvern before reaching Treasure Island. After arriving and meeting Deacon Imilo Ipgil, Wu Heng returned to the Zombie World and raised the wyvern as a level 13 Skeleton Flying Dragon.

• Pirates on wyverns attacked the ship with Wind Fire Grenades, and Wu Heng ordered Skullcrusher and Blood Axe to throw the gunpowder barrels overboard.
• Wu Heng asked Granda to kill a wyvern, and Granda forced its rider to ignite a grenade against it, sending the burning wyvern into the sea.

The chapter ended when Li Yahong reported that Ma Zhiyong’s group had dismantled ten crossbows and brought their parts to the shelter for reassembly.

• Wu Heng named the Skeleton Flying Dragon Dragon One and ordered it not to harm anyone unless attacked first, then introduced it to the shelter’s survivors.

• Qi Hancai negotiated an equal split of the area's spoils in exchange for intelligence and combat support, and Li Yahong accepted the terms.
• Qi Hancai demonstrated her Wall Climbing and Leg Enhancement abilities, while Li Yahong showed her powerful Fire Supernatural Ability.

Wu Heng led the Skeleton Army against the Zombie Horde outside the residential complex while Qi Hancai and the Dong'an Shelter group watched from their vehicles. After the army killed a Level 2 Mutated Zombie, Xiaoxiao revealed the hidden Level 3 Mutated Zombie, which charged toward Wu Heng and Li Yahong.

• Qi Hancai recognized Wu Heng as King Yama when he and Li Yahong emerged with the Skeleton Army.
• Wu Heng ordered the army into the residential complex, where it met a massive Zombie Horde with crossbows, spears, spells, and the Skeleton Flying Dragon.
• The Level 2 Mutated Zombie threw electric scooters into the formation, but Second Big Guy, Terror Claw Monster, and other Mutated Skeletons overwhelmed it.
• Xiaoxiao spotted the Level 3 Mutated Zombie behind a building, and it smashed through a concrete wall before charging at Wu Heng and Li Yahong.

Wu Heng’s skeletons defeated the Level 3 Mutated Zombie after it fled toward the convoy, then helped clear the remaining Zombies. He turned the two mutated corpses into Skeleton Warriors, leaving the battlefield secured and his forces stronger.

• Skullcrusher and Blood Axe overwhelmed the Level Three Zombie, but it escaped toward the convoy as Li Yahong warned everyone over the Walkie-Talkie.
• The Level 3 Mutated Zombie charged at the off-road vehicle, but the Skeleton Flying Dragon, Skullcrusher, and Blood Axe stopped it and beat it to death.

Wu Heng and Li Yahong settled how to divide the residential complex with Qi Hancai, then Wu Heng raised the dead into skeletons and returned to the Bus Station. There, he asked Qiangzi how the flying dragon’s attacks could be improved.

• Wu Heng named the Level 15 Skeleton Warrior Giant One and the Level 3 Mutated Skeleton Six-Head, then collected two Corpse Cores from the remains.
• Wu Heng and Li Yahong agreed to give Qi Hancai’s group half the residential complex, and Qi Hancai chose the left side while promising to keep the battle secret.

Wu Heng led Team Three in an operation to capture the Sharktooth Pirate Group’s captain, Lia, and Andeviel killed him with a sniper rifle before he could escape into the sea. The team defeated the remaining pirates, rescued the captives, and confirmed Lia was dead.

• Orin told Wu Heng that Lia would meet a buyer outside the harbor that night and warned he might escape underwater.
• Wu Heng ordered preparations for the raid and brought Andeviel along, while Orin described plans to attack Lia’s boat.
• Lia arrived at the meeting with captive girls, but Andeviel shot him twice from a cargo ship and killed him.
