Ning Fengzhi first meets Feng Yao, Qian Renxue in her Xue Qinghe identity, and Tang San at a tea house during the Continental Advanced Soul Master Academy Elite Tournament. As Xue Qinghe's elder and mentor, he helps discuss the circumstances surrounding Tang San's parents and recognizes Tang San's exceptional potential.
