Durandal was the captain of Schicksal's strongest Valkyrie squad, the Blade of the Immortals, and the current wielder of Black Abyss White Flower.
Durandal was Seigfried and Cecilia's biological daughter. As a child, she had stormed Schicksal headquarters alongside Seigfried to rescue her younger sister, "K423." Later, while covering K423 and Seigfried's escape, she unfortunately fell from a great height and injured her head, causing Kiana to lose her memories.
After losing her memories, Kiana was found by Ragna and sent to Schicksal's orphanage. There, Kiana chose a new name for herself—"Bianca Atagina."
At the age of twelve, Bianca, already a Valkyrie, entered the Sea of Quanta with her adjutant, Rita Rossweisse, embarking on an unknown adventure.

Kiana was a clone created by Schicksal's bishop, Otto Apocalypse, using Sirin's and Durandal's genes in order to revive the Second Herrscher. Her designation was "K423."
Afterward, K423 was rescued by Seigfried, and the father and daughter lived together in a remote village.
Because Seigfried missed Cecilia and Durandal, he neglected K423. Until she was eleven years old, K423 had not even been given a name of her own.

At St. Freya Academy, Kiana found her Auntie Theresa and made an agreement with her: once she became an A-rank Valkyrie, Theresa would tell her Seigfried's whereabouts. From then on, Kiana became a student of St. Freya Academy. Even now, she was still striving to become the strongest Valkyrie.
