Millions of years of superiority, millions of years spent crushing others, had made the Harvesters utterly unscrupulous and extremely confident. That confidence meant they did not worry at all about their Small Universe being exposed.
They had always been the ones to seek out other Level Six Civilizations. No foolish Level Six Civilization had ever dared come knocking on their door.
But this time, they had miscalculated.
