What the hell was all this?!
The starry sky was so vast and brilliant, all naturally formed. There were so many stars in the Andromeda Galaxy—what was the problem with blowing up a few? Why was anyone policing that? What was going on?!
For a moment, the decision-making teams of the civilizations within The Great Voyage Organization were all somewhat bewildered. At the same time, they were curious what sort of existence this Heavenly Maiden Civilization was. It had so much free time that it even regulated things like this? And had it found them by chance during a patrol?
Heavenly Maiden Civilization was Humanity's translation. A literal rendering of its original meaning would have been "the radiant and noble civilization of the Life Sacred Source," which was far too long. For convenience, Humanity simply translated it as the Heavenly Maiden Civilization.
How other civilizations translated it was none of Humanity's concern. It was only a name, after all.
As for the First Star Region mentioned by the Heavenly Maiden Civilization, according to The Great Voyage Organization's division of the Andromeda Galaxy, it should have referred to Arm One, where the organization was currently located.
Faced with such words, the Silver Heart Civilization, as the first point of contact, naturally sent back a question. At the same time, it synchronized the message it sent into The Great Voyage Organization's system so the other civilizations would know.
It was a simple sentence: "What do you mean?"
The thirteen civilizations of The Great Voyage Organization each possessed their own diplomatic sovereignty. The Silver Heart Civilization could not represent the other twelve, but under such circumstances, one civilization naturally had to step forward to speak
