From then on, The Great Voyage Organization would no longer send out small fleets to fight the Heavenly Maiden Civilization. Instead, it would dispatch organized Great Fleets according to a plan.
Having gained some understanding of the Heavenly Maiden Civilization, The Great Voyage Organization also formulated several targeted guidelines and strategies.
For example, the various civilizations had to adjust their development strategies, changing the fleet structures originally planned for the distant future and The Great Voyage. For now, they would prioritize building warships and revert afterward once the Heavenly Maiden Civilization had been dealt with.
The civilizations of The Great Voyage Organization had to build large numbers of fleets in the shortest possible time. During this period, everyone also had to work together to resist possible attacks from the Heavenly Maiden Civilization and buy time for the massive construction effort.
Once their war preparations were complete, they would charge together toward the center of the Andromeda Galaxy.
