Humanity planned to build one hundred million Consciousness-Linked Warships, while all remaining Sub-Civilization-Class ship allocations would go to transport ships and Residential Spaceships. Based on a Level Six Civilization's upper limit for maintaining Sub-Civilization-Class vessels, humanity's transport fleet would reach roughly 8.3 billion ships.
There would be fewer Residential Spaceships, only around a thousand, but that was more than enough to house humanity—far more than enough. Sub-Civilization Level Residential Spaceships were truly enormous; a single one could accommodate two billion people.
At the same time, the entire human fleet would have roughly seventy billion ships of other types: Star-Class transport ships, Planet-Class Transport Ships, Probe Spaceships, Research Spaceships, engineering and Factory Spaceships, Biosphere Spaceships, and so on.
The scale of the project was immense, but they had plenty of time.
If a hundred years was not enough, then they had a thousand. If a thousand was not enough, then they had ten thousand.
Since obtaining the technical data for the Negative Entropy Factor, the Four Characteristic Technology Civilizations of The Great Voyage Organization had worked together and restored the Heavenly Maiden Civilization's Negative Entropy Factor manufacturing technology in less than three thousand years.
As a result, the individual lives of the Four Characteristic Technology Civilizations now had a guaranteed lifespan of at least five hundred thousand years. Those long lives allowed The Great Voyage Organization to face massive projects with far greater composure.
Yet none of the civilizations knew that this composure would not accompany The Great Voyage Organization to its destination. For one day in the future, the voyaging organization would realize that the universe was far more broken-down than they had imagined.
Of course, that was a later matter.
