The Boundary Breakers were effectively kin to these Dark Matter Lifeforms, so after discovering their own kind had been slaughtered, they naturally couldn't endure it. But within the mission zone marked out by the Great Voyage Organization, the Boundary Breakers held no advantage. Basically, the moment they showed themselves, they were attacked.
The two sides had also shifted from open war into a melee, with massive battles across three major battlefields as well as small-scale fighting in the void regions.
And among all this, the relocation of the Residential Spaceship Clusters had become the fiercest area of combat between the two sides.
The Metamo Civilization and the other three civilizations, confident in their mastery of space, did indeed end up tasting bitter consequences. Because their Small Universes had been opened inside the Midway Galaxy, there were even more Boundary Breakers there. Because of that, the relocation of the main bodies of those four civilizations had turned into hell difficulty.
The Boundary Breakers were organized and disciplined too. They had clearly destroyed many technological civilizations before and knew exactly where technological civilizations were weak.
And so the Metamo Civilization and the others suffered terribly. Hundreds and thousands of Boundary Breakers charged straight at their Residential Spaceship Clusters, looking as though they intended to exterminate them.
In order to relocate their Civilization Main Bodies, the four civilizations naturally had nowhere left to retreat. They could only prove themselves by clashing head-on. But there were simply too many Boundary Breakers, and their combat power was formidable. On top of that, their fleet structures were still in voyage mode, and they were at a numerical disadvantage.
If the Awakener Civilization had not gone over to help during the first few engagements, those four civilizations would already have been wiped out by the Boundary Breakers
